Program Expectations
To ensure a productive and respectful experience for all athletes, strict behavior standards will be enforced. Players are expected to show up on time, work hard, and treat teammates, coaches, and the game with respect. This is a program for serious athletes—and that starts with how we carry ourselves on and off the field. This is not a social or recreational event. These sessions are intended for players who are eager to work hard, push themselves, and commit to getting better.
Mission Trails Lacrosse Summer Skills Program – Behavior Expectations
To ensure a safe, respectful, and focused learning environment, all players are expected to follow these behavior guidelines throughout the program:
- Respect the personal space of others at all times.
- No stick checking or physical contact with other players while waiting in line or during drills.
- Keep hands, sticks, and body to yourself unless directed by a coach during a drill.
- Use appropriate language — foul or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
To maintain the integrity of the training environment, we will be enforcing strict behavior expectations. Any player who is disruptive, uncooperative, or not fully engaged will receive one warning. A second violation will result in a prorated refund and removal from the remainder of the sessions.
