SUMMER CAMP OVERVIEW

The MTLC Summer Camp is designed for players of all skill levels to enjoy a fun filled week of lacrosse in a fun camp environment. Our camp will introduce skills and drills to new players and to advance the skills of returning players. Each day will consist of teaching lacrosse skills, improving lacrosse IQ, and mixing in some fun competitions and game play.

WHEN AND WHERE

• • Dates: July 28th – August 1st

• • Address: Gage Elementary, 6811 Bisby Lake Ave, San Diego, CA 92119

WHO

• • Grades: K – 8th

• • Experience: All experience levels are welcome

PREPARING FOR CAMP

• • Equipment:
    • • Boys should have a stick, helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, cup, and mouthguard
    • • Girls should have a stick, mouthguard, and approved eye or head wear (e.g. – goggles)

• • A loaner equipment will be available upon request

• • Players are responsible for providing their own filled water bottle and food

• • Sunscreen

• • Players are required to have a current USA Lacrosse membership. This is a program and league requirement which provides supplemental insurance coverage for players.  For more information on USA Lacrosse and to become a member go to www.usalacrosse.org.

COST

• • $300-$400 (subject to change)
    • • Partial Day ($300): Monday-Friday: 9am-12pm
    • • Full Day ($400): Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm and Friday 9am-12pm
        • • A lunch break will be provided from 12pm-1pm
          • Campers must provide their own lunch
