Take your game to the next level this summer with our Boys Lacrosse Skills Development Program, designed for MTLC players who are serious about improving. This high-intensity training series is built for athletes who want to sharpen their fundamentals, elevate their IQ, and compete with purpose.
Led by top-tier coaches with experience at the high school, collegiate, and post-collegiate levels, this program offers elite instruction in stick work, positional training, game strategy, and situational play—all in a competitive and supportive environment.

- Rising 4th–8th grade boys lacrosse players

Why this Program is Different
This is not a casual drop-in clinic.
The MTLC Boys Intensive is designed for players who want to improve faster through purposeful repetition, detailed coaching, and competitive training. Every session is structured to maximize touches, decision-making, and game-speed development.
Players will be challenged physically, mentally, and competitively in an environment that emphasizes accountability, focus, and growth.
What Players Will Work On
- Advanced stick work & offensive skills
- Dodging, shooting, and finishing
- Defensive footwork & positioning
- Lacrosse IQ and decision-making
- Small-sided competitive play
- Game-speed situational reps
- Conditioning through pace and repetition
Program Expectations
This program is built for focused athletes who want to improve.
Players are expected to:
- Arrive on time and ready to work
- Compete with effort and focus
- Respect teammates, coaches, and opponents
- Maintain safe stick and body control
- Stay engaged throughout training
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program
To maintain the integrity of the training environment, we will be enforcing strict behavior expectations. Any player who is disruptive, uncooperative, or not fully engaged will receive one warning. A second violation will result in a prorated refund and removal from the remainder of the sessions.
